Weather on Phuket

Thailand has three seasons, summer, winter and rainy season. When planning your corporate incentive trip to Thailand, consider the different seasons. You may visit Phuket all year round, but if you plan an adventure outdoor team building event, you should avoid the rainy season and the hottest time of the year.

The best time to visit Phuket is during the cool north-east monsoon season, from November through March when it is not so humid. The average temperature is around 24C to 32C. April and May are the hottest months. From June to August the weather is usually fine with some quick heavy downpours and a lot of sun shine in between. If you plan your trip with a limited budget and your team building is held indoor, consider the low season, September and October. Plenty of hotels have special offers and you will get most value for your money.
